CANCELLATION POLICY

Late Policy: A 15 minute grace period is offered. Please communicate with me if you are running behind. After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and a cancellation fee may be applied (25% of service) if appointment is not rescheduled. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance before a cancellation fee is applied. Less than 24 hour notice will conclude in a 25% cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file. Unless appointment is rescheduled. Guest Policy: Guest are allowed, but be mindful I only have one chair and a limited space in my room. If you bring a guest make sure they are respectful of my workspace, other salon guest, and the salon environment.
